About SWIFT

SWIFT Mini Thni Transit service is a 4-month pilot project developed to provide safe transportation to Stoney Nakoda Nations and Cochrane residents helping all stay connected with their neighboring communities and services.

SWIFT Mini Thni Transit operates between four residential and work destinations:

Mini Thni (Morley), Chiniki Gas Bar, Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino, and Cochrane, with a FREE FARE zone between Mini Thni and Chiniki Gas bar.

During the pilot project, data will be gathered to better evaluate the needs of a transit service on Nation lands which will aid in future service planning.

We’re proud to offer this service to Bearspaw, Chiniki, Wesley First Nations, and Cochrane community members and look forward to seeing you on SWIFT!
